This Privacy Policy explains what information Ryfinite Labs ("Ryfinite", "we", "us") collects when you use the Ryfinite platform (the "Platform"), how we use it, and the choices you have. You identify yourself on the Platform with an email-based account; any wallets and social accounts you link stay non-custodial and are used only to verify eligibility for quests, staking, and airdrop rewards.
Wallet data: public wallet addresses you connect (EVM, Solana, TON), and on-chain activity we read to verify quest completion, staking positions, and airdrop eligibility. We never request or store your private keys or seed phrase.
Account data: if you register with email and password, we store your email (normalized), a securely hashed password, and your display name. If you sign in with Google, we store the profile information Google provides (name, email, avatar).
Linked social accounts: when you connect Discord, Twitter/X, or Telegram to complete quest tasks, we store the minimum account identifiers needed to verify task completion (e.g., account ID, username, follow/role status).
Usage data: pages visited, features used, device/browser type, and IP address, collected automatically for security, analytics, and abuse prevention.
Support communications: information you provide when contacting support, such as your email and the content of your request.
To operate the Platform: authenticate you, verify quest and eligibility criteria, calculate staking yields and launchpad tiers, and display your XP, rewards, and portfolio.
To secure the Platform: detect and prevent sybil abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, and violations of our Terms of Use.
To communicate with you: send account, security, and campaign-related notifications you have opted into, and to respond to support requests.
To improve the Platform: understand aggregate usage patterns and diagnose issues. We do not sell your personal information.
We share data with Project Partners only to the extent necessary to verify quest completion or eligibility for their campaigns (e.g., confirming a wallet holds a required token, or a social account follows a required page) — we do not share your email or password with Project Partners.
We use service providers (hosting, analytics, email delivery, fraud prevention) who process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
We may disclose information if required by law, to comply with legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Ryfinite, our users, or the public.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
We retain account and wallet-linkage data for as long as your account remains active, and for a limited period afterward as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. On-chain data itself is public and immutable and is not something we can delete, as it is not stored by us — it lives on the relevant blockchain.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can unlink a wallet or social account, or delete your account, from your account settings, or by contacting support@ryfinite.io.
Deleting your account removes your off-chain profile data; it does not and cannot alter your on-chain transaction history or affect assets already distributed to your wallet.
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures — encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls, and rate limiting — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Ryfinite operates globally and may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards to protect data transferred internationally.
The Platform is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Platform or via our official communication channels. The "Last updated" date below reflects the most recent revision.
