Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ryfinite (the "Platform"), operated by Ryfinite Labs ("Ryfinite", "we", "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Platform. By using Ryfinite, you represent that you are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where use of the Platform would be prohibited by applicable law.

Some features may require sending an on-chain payment from your own wallet. It is your responsibility to determine whether making that payment is lawful in your jurisdiction.

You create a Ryfinite account with an email and password, or by signing in with Google. Ryfinite never takes custody of your wallet: any wallet or social account you choose to link to your account stays under your own control, and you are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, wallet private keys, and seed phrases. We never ask for your seed phrase and will never request it.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account or any wallet you have linked to it, whether or not authorized by you, except where such activity results from our proven negligence or misconduct.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: (a) attempt to manipulate any feature, reward, or referral mechanic through exploits, multiple accounts, or automated abuse; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure; (c) use the Platform to launder funds or finance illegal activity; or (d) misrepresent your identity or eligibility for any feature.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access, and to withhold or reverse unearned rewards, for any account found to be in violation of these Terms.

The Platform may let you earn in-platform reward balances and other benefits through activities we offer from time to time. Unless stated otherwise, these balances are tracked as records in Ryfinite's own systems, not on-chain assets — they are not transferable and remain internal ledger entries until (and unless) a withdrawal is completed. A Ryfinite Passport (a ".RFN" username) is an off-chain, non-transferable reservation, not an NFT, token, or blockchain domain.

Reward rates, eligibility rules, and the features available on the Platform are set by Ryfinite, may change or be discontinued at any time, and are not guaranteed to remain available or constant. Displayed figures reflect current configuration, not a promise of future value or availability.

Any withdrawal of value to an external wallet is reviewed before it is sent on-chain. Ryfinite may decline, delay, or request additional verification for a withdrawal it reasonably suspects is connected to fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Terms.

Most activities on the Platform carry no Ryfinite fee. Certain optional features may require an on-chain payment at a price Ryfinite publishes in the app before you confirm. Network fees ("gas") are separate, are set by the underlying blockchain, and are never collected by Ryfinite.

Digital assets are volatile and involve substantial risk of loss. Reward rates and pricing for any feature are set by Ryfinite and may change. Balances held in Ryfinite's own systems are not on-chain assets and remain subject to Ryfinite's systems and policies until withdrawn. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for evaluating these risks before participating in any activity on the Platform.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice. You should consult your own professional advisors before making decisions based on information provided through Ryfinite.

The Platform, including its design, branding, and software (excluding open-source components and third-party content), is owned by Ryfinite Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ryfinite and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or digital assets, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid to Ryfinite in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or Ryfinite. You may stop using the Platform at any time by unlinking your wallets and social accounts and closing your Ryfinite account.

We may revise these Terms periodically as the Platform evolves. Material changes will be announced on the Platform or via our official communication channels. The "Last updated" date below reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the Platform after a revision takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ryfinite Labs is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting support@ryfinite.com before resorting to formal proceedings.
