These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ryfinite (the "Platform"), operated by Ryfinite Labs ("Ryfinite", "we", "us"). By connecting a wallet, creating an account, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Platform. By using Ryfinite, you represent that you are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where use of the Platform would be prohibited by applicable law.
Certain products (in particular Launchpad token sales) may be restricted in specific jurisdictions due to local securities regulations. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
You create a Ryfinite account with an email and password, or by signing in with Google. Ryfinite is otherwise non-custodial: any wallet (EVM, Solana, TON) or social account (Discord, Twitter/X, Telegram) you link to your account stays under your own control, and you are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, wallet private keys, and seed phrases. We never ask for your seed phrase and will never request it.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account or any wallet you have linked to it, whether or not authorized by you, except where such activity results from our proven negligence or misconduct.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: (a) attempt to manipulate quest, staking, or launchpad mechanics through sybil attacks, exploits, or automated abuse; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure; (c) use the Platform to launder funds or finance illegal activity; or (d) misrepresent your identity or eligibility to participate in a campaign.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access, and to forfeit unclaimed rewards, for any account found to be in violation of these Terms.
Quests, staking pools, launchpad sales, and airdrop campaigns are created and funded by independent third-party projects ("Project Partners"). Ryfinite provides the platform and verification infrastructure but is not a party to, and does not guarantee the performance of, any Project Partner's token, smart contract, or campaign terms.
Displayed APY, allocation sizes, and reward estimates are indicative only and are not guaranteed. Rewards, once distributed on-chain, are final. Ryfinite is not responsible for losses arising from Project Partner error, smart contract failure, or market volatility.
If a Project Partner is delisted for violating our terms, any rewards already claimed or transferred to your wallet remain yours; unclaimed in-platform points associated with that project may be forfeited.
Ryfinite charges a performance fee on staking yields, as disclosed on each staking pool's detail page at the time of deposit. Quests, launchpad participation, and airdrop claims carry no Ryfinite platform fee. Network gas fees are separate, are set by the underlying blockchain, and are never collected by Ryfinite.
Digital assets are volatile and involve substantial risk of loss. Smart contracts, even when audited, may contain vulnerabilities. Staking yields are not guaranteed and may fluctuate or go to zero. Launchpad allocations may lose value after distribution. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for evaluating these risks before participating in any activity on the Platform.
Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice. You should consult your own professional advisors before making decisions based on information provided through Ryfinite.
The Platform, including its design, branding, and software (excluding open-source components and third-party content), is owned by Ryfinite Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ryfinite and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or digital assets, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid to Ryfinite in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100).
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, Project Partners, or Ryfinite. You may stop using the Platform at any time by unlinking your wallets and social accounts and closing your Ryfinite account.
We may revise these Terms periodically. Material changes will be announced on the Platform or via our official communication channels. The "Last updated" date below reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the Platform after a revision takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ryfinite Labs is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting support@ryfinite.io before resorting to formal proceedings.
